Who Is The Top Town Chef
Native Californian from the city of Covina, Chef Sara now lives and works in Crestline's historic Top Town located in the San Bernardino Mountains. Her culinary career began in 2009 at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Pasadena, Upon externship, Sara uprooted herself and traveled to Big Bend National Park Resort, Texas. After almost two years out of state she returned home and eagerly jumped into the Hollywood restaurant scene. After a few years she found a fine dining restaurant at The University of Southern California and dedicated herself to "Moreton Fig". After five and a half years with the university, opportunity called Sara to the mountains. In 2019 she decided to take the leap and create her own brand which allowed her passionate creativity to flow. Now, as a personal chef, Sara lives her dream of creating seasonal health conscious meals for all to enjoy
